Ok, here is the deal:

• Send me a signed email asking for my public PGP key and attaching yours
  • I’ll do a reasonable effort to independently verify your identity
• If I’m able to move forward, you’ll get a signed and encrypted email that has my public PGP key attached
  • Otherwise, secure communication may not be possible at this time
• Verify my public PGP key against the fingerprint above in this page
  • Check that you are reading this through https, and that a certificate is issued by a trusted Certificate Authority to CN=martin.uy
  • The hop between martin.uy and the real Martin Balao that you want to reach will certainly require an act of faith!
• Send me your encrypted and signed email
